Sarracenia bouquet!

Sarracenia rubra ssp. gulfensis in full bloom. The rubra family have more flowers than any other Sarracenia. They also have a sweet violet like fragrance. Notice the much shorter yellow flowers of S. minor at bottom left. It produces flowers and pitchers at the same time. The rubra spends more energy on flowering and as a result will take until mid summer to leaf out fully.
